Julien holds a Master's in psychology research with deep expertise in human behavior, data management, and problem-solving. With 5 years of care coordination experience, he has helped underserved communities navigate the complex web of social services — and watched firsthand how much time got buried in paperwork instead of going to people who needed it.
He also brings a software development background (JavaScript, Node.js, C#), which gave him the tools to build the solution he wished existed. Threadwell is the direct result of that experience: a way to eliminate the administrative burden that keeps care coordinators from doing the work they trained for.
